RECYCLING
USE OF BBQs
PAYING YOUR FEES / LEVIES
It's everyone's responsibility!
It's never too late to get everyone involved in recycling; and as responsible citizens we owe it to King's Palace and to Cyprus to do our bit for the environment.
We have PLASTIC, PAPER and GLASS recycling bins at the back of the complex.

For large household items (matresses, sanitary ware, furniture etc.) please take to Green Point Paphos.
Not allowed!
Unfortunately due to being a fire hazard, no BBQs are allowed to be used on ANY balcony in King's Palace.
​
No public BBQs are allowed in the gardens or around the pool area.
​
Any owner of a ground floor apartment MAY use a BBQ in his/her private gardens as long as it is away from the building.
YOUR payment makes a difference!
It costs money to maintain King's Palace and VESTA is doing a fabulous job.

Protecting our complex
The new wire fence is up behind block 6 and 7; and is working well.
This is preventing people walking through the complex to go to LIDL or the bus stops or to the complexes behind King's Palace.
Summer lounger storage
We have placed the new sun lounger storage area near to the pool shower area & close to block 6 to alleviate too much furniture around the pool.

From 01 November please ensure that your loungers are removed from the pool area to your respective apartment. All broken beds will be taken to the dump for recycling.
We need your eyes!
Please can you report all maintenance issues to Vesta (info@vestaholidays.com) and copy us so that we can be aware of items needing attention.

If you can send photos to accompany your report, that will be really helpful. Kindly be as specific as possible so that Vesta can attend to your query as quickly as possible.

A fresh look
We have put up new signage throughout the complex, especially where the recycling bins are; and the feedback has been positive.

You will also notice the Doorbell and Light stickers in all blocks - hopefully these will stop late night door bell rings when visitors and guests confuse the switches!
Beautifying our gardens
We are planning to put ground cover on patchy areas, lay a gravel path on the back grass verge, plant more hedges and have a picnic table and chairs under the trees.

We also want to have endemic plants that are not so thirsty to keep our water bills low
24/7 monitoring for our safety
We are investigating improving the security throughout King's Palace and will be looking at cameras to be placed in all blocks in the foyers and outside the entrances.
​
Currently the traffic security gates are working well.
